The Innovation Career Pathways program is designed to provide accepted students with coursework and work-based learning experience in specific high-demand industries. The pathways currently offered at Medway High School are IT/Engineering, Healthcare/Social Assistance, and Business/Finance. We are in the process of applying for additional pathway offerings in Digital Media and Clean Energy. We hope to be awarded these designations to add them for the 2025-2026 school year!

Over the course of their high school experience, ICP students will take a minimum of two technical courses and two advanced courses related to their career pathways. The ICP course listings can be found in the Program of Studies. The program culminates with either a capstone project or an internship during their senior year. This program features personal and professional development seminars, workplace experience, field trip opportunities, industry connects, and ultimately gives students a jump start on their career journeys!
